APPROVING COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE NO. 27V26
COUNTY ROAD 9 OVER INTERSTATE 494
STATE PROJECT NO'S. 2785-319 AND 155-020-17
CITY PROJECT NO. 5012
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and maintenance of Pedestrian
Bridge No. 27V26 adjacent to County State Aid Highway No. 9 over Interstate 494, State
Project No's. 2785-319 and 155-020-07, Agreement No. 79133 has been prepared and presented
to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement in all things approved as conditioned
therein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. 79133, State Project No's. 2785-319 and 155-020-07, City Project No. 5012.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City funding for the project estimated to be $139,970 is
provided from the Park Dedication Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on December 7, 1999.
