RESOLUTION 99-503
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR JEFFREY BERG FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 9955 -26TH AVENUE NORTH (99121)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Jeffrey Berg which requests approval of a lot
consolidation for property located at 9955 -26th Avenue North, as legally described on
Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot consolidation is sought is as
legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
lot consolidation for Jeffrey Berg subject to the following conditions:
1. This approval is for a lot consolidation for property located at 9955 -26th Avenue
North, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on November
4, 1999.
2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo.
ADOPTED by the City Council on December 7, 1999.
