RESOLUTION NO. 99-494
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1999 SEAL COAT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared to compensate the contractor for extra
quantities to place the seal coat on various city streets; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 1999 Seal Coat Program, is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to Allied Blacktop
Company for the 1999 Seal Coat Program, by adding $16,543.55 is approved:
Original Contract Amount
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$147,953.95
- Add 16,543.55
Adopted by the City Council on November 16, 1999.
