HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1999-492CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 99-492 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF POLARIS LANE NORTH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PART OF 51sT AVENUE NORTH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY SILVERTHORNE 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Gary Laurent of Laurent Land Development has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following part of Polaris Lane North and 51st Avenue North street right-of-ways: All of Polaris Lane North, as dedicated in the plat of Silverthorne 4th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof and situate in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and that part of 51st Avenue North, as dedicated in said Silverthorne 4th Addition lying easterly of the northeasterly extension of the westerly line of Lot 4, Block 4, said Silverthorne 4th Addition. AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 21, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
