RESOLUTION NO. 99-481
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR CATERING SERVICES
AT THE PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to have an exclusive caterer for the
Plymouth Creek Center; and
WHEREAS, requests for proposals have been sent out to 21 catering firms; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation and his staff have interviewed
and selected Suzanne's Cuisine, Inc., as the best provider of this service to the City
of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between Suzanne's and the City of Plymouth has been
prepared and reviewed by the City attorney's office;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY
COUNCIL that the attached agreement between Suzanne's Cuisine, Inc., and the
City of Plymouth is hereby approved, and further, that the Mayor and City
Manager are authorized to sign said agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on November 16, 1999.
