ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
PART OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN
LOT 25, BLOCK 3
CORNERSTONE COMMONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Dustin Kern of
Rottlund Homes has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and
utility easement:
The west 1.83 feet of the east 12.00 feet of Lot 25, Block 3, Cornerstone
Commons Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
December 7, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on November 2, 1999.
