RESOLUTION NO. 99-469
AUTHORIZE THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
BERKSHIRE LANE — 42ND AVENUE TO COUNTY ROAD 9
WHEREAS, due to citizen complaints and a request by the Public Safety Department, it
is recommended that parking be restricted on Berkshire Lane between 42nd Avenue North
and County Road 9;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is
hereby authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Berkshire Lane between
42nd Avenue North and County Road 9.
Adopted by the City Council on November 2, 1999.
