HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1999-461CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 99-461 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR CARLSON REAL ESTATE COMPANY, INC. FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 865 AND 1105 XENIUM LANE NORTH (99109) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Carlson Real Estate Company, Inc. which requests approval of a lot division/lot consolidation for two parcels of land located at 865 and 1105 Xenium Lane, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division/lot consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the lot division/lot consolidation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division/lot consolidation for Carlson Real Estate Company, Inc., subject to the following conditions: 1. This Resolution approves a lot division/lot consolidation for properties located at 865 and 1105 Xenium Lane, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on October 15, 1999, except as may be amended by this resolution. 2. No site plan changes are approved by this resolution. 3. Prior to filing of the lot division/lot consolidation, the applicant must submit the required drainage and utility easement documents as approved by the City Engineer. 4. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. Resolution 99-461 (99109) Page 2 of 4 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. PARCEL 2 (865 Xenium Lane) The South 130.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof ALSO, That part of Lot 2, Block 1, CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying easterly of Outlot B, said CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION and lying northerly of the following described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, said CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION; thence on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds East along the east line of said Lots 1 and 2 a distance of 1654.50 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence south 89 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds West 650.00 feet to the east line of said Outlot B and there terminating.
