RESOLUTION NO. 99-451
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
FOR MICHAEL P. HALL, INC.
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received from Michael
P. Hall, Inc., and
WHEREAS, all required fees, certificates of insurance, and surety bond have been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a garbage hauler license is
hereby approved for Michael P. Hall, Inc., for the period October 19, 1999, through
March 31, 2000.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 19, 1999.
