RESOLUTION NO. 99-450
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF EXPANDED Y2k INSURANCE
WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase expanded Y2k insurance coverage for
potential liability and property losses; and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the proposal for the necessary insurance
coverage; and
WHEREAS, the City received a proposal from the League of Minnesota Cities
Insurance Trust for $4,896 for coverages and limitations set forth in the Risk
Management Coordinator's memo dated October 11, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council authorizes the
purchase of expanded Y2k insurance as outlined in the Risk Management
Coordinator's memo, from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust for
$4,896. The cost will be paid from the Risk Management Fund.
