RESOLUTION NO. 99-445
REVISING ASSESSMENTS
TREATMENT POND
TOWN CENTER/MANN THEATER
CITY PROJECT NO. 7011
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1999 the City Council adopted Resolution 99-433 adopting
special assessments in the amount of $84,771.85 for the City Center Area Storm Water
Treatment Pond; and
WHEREAS, the City has obtained a $4,000 reduction in the engineering fees included as
part of the project costs; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that this reduction be applied to the properties being
assessed for the project.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Resolution No. 99-433 be revised and the
total amount assessed for the improvement is $80,771.85.
Adopted by the City Council on October 19, 1999.
