RESOLUTION 99-438
APPROVING CORPORATE NAME CHANGE FOR
WINE LICENSE HELD
BY MARCELLO' S INC.
WHEREAS, the City has issued a wine license to Marcello's, Inc., d/b/a Marcello's Pizza and
Pasta, at 4112 Lancaster Lane; and
WHEREAS, the licensee has notified the City that the corporate name has changed from
Marcello's Inc. d/b/a Marcellos Pizza and Pasta to IMP Investments, Inc., d/b/a Marcello's Pizza
and Pasta.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council approves the corporate license name
change from Marcello's Inc., d/b/a Marcello's Pizza and Pasta to IMP Investments, Inc., d/b/a
Marcello's Pizza and Pasta, located at 4112 Lancaster Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1999.
