RESOLUTION NO. 99-430
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 99-428 AND 99-429.
VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING IN
LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 1
MEYER GONYEA ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage and utility
easement and drainage easement for ponding within Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Meyer
Gonyea Addition by Resolution No. 99-428 and 99-429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
The required drainage and utility easement and utility easement for the
post office is submitted in recordable form.
Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1999.
