RESOLUTION NO. 99-427
APPROVING BIDS FOR ELM CREEK PARK SHELTER
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has proceeded as earlier approved by the City
Council soliciting bids for the Elm Creek Park Shelter; and
WHEREAS, the bids have been submitted totaling an estimated cost of $225,000; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending that the City move forward
with the construction of Elm Creek Park Shelter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to begin construction of the Elm Creek Park
Shelter and that the Director of Finance is authorized to transfer $215,000 from the 409 Park
Dedication Fund to the Construction Fund to fund said project.
Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1999.
