RESOLUTION 99-426
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 FOR PLYMOUTH
CREEK CENTER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Creek Center contractor, Shingobee Builders, Inc., has submitted
Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $51,051; and
WHEREAS, the City architect and Director of Parks and Recreation have reviewed proposed
Change Order and recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $51,051 is hereby approved, and further, that the Mayor
and City Council are authorized to sign said Change Order.
Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1999.
