RESOLUTION NO. 99-419
APPROVING CITY BUILDINGS CLEANING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, City buildings require cleaning for normal operations, and
WHEREAS, these funds are budgeted for in the annual budget, and
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for and received from four vendors, and,
WHEREAS, Haugen Building Maintenance Inc. has submitted the lowest monthly bid and is an
acceptable qualified bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
purchase from Haugen Building Maintenance Inc. cleaning services as per specifications for
$7,180 per month for the next 36 months beginning November 1, 1999 through October 31,
2002.
