RESOLUTION 99 - 415
AMENDING RESOLUTION 99-351 FOR SITE PLAN, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND
VARIANCE FOR WAVE CAR WASH LOCATED AT 9900 ROCKFORD ROAD (99065-2)
WHEREAS, Glass Service Company, Inc. and Wave Car Washes, Inc. requested approval of a
site plan, conditional use permit and variance for property legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, Dekoco Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a site plan, conditional use permit and variance for Glass
Service Company under Resolution 99-351 on September 7, 1999; and
WHEREAS, condition 11 of Resolution 99-351 stated as follows: "Prior to issuance of building
permits, the applicant shall obtain cross easement agreements for unobstructed fire access and
water supply from the property owner to the west"; and
WHEREAS, Wave Car Washes, Inc. has requested that condition 11 of the approving resolution
be amended so that the property owner may either obtain the cross easement agreement or install
a fire hydrant on site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does amend the resolution for a site
plan, conditional use permit and variance for Wave Car Wash by amending condition 11 of
Resolution 99-351 as follows:

11. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall obtain cross easement agreements for
unobstructed fire access and water supply from the property to owner to the west. If the
applicant is unable to obtain the necessary cross easement agreements, the applicant shall
install a new hydrant in a location acceptable to the fire department.
