RESOLUTION NO. 99-407
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 99-391 AND 99-392
WHEREAS, the City adopted Resolution No's. 99-391 and 99-392 on September 7, 1999 to set
the truth in taxation hearing dates and starting time for the December 21, 1999 City Council
meeting, and
WHEREAS, this date and time is not acceptable by Minnesota Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that Resolution No's. 99-391 and 99-
392 are rescinded.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on September 21, 1999.
