RESOLUTION NO. 99-401
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
SANITARY SEWER SERVICE
TROY LANE NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 6
CITY PROJECT NO. 7018
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 7, 1999 a report
has been prepared with respect to extending sanitary sewer to properties north of County
Road 6 near Troy Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the construction of sanitary sewer, and
all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on September 17, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting and adjacent property
within the designated Troy Lane north of County Road 6 Sanitary
Sewer Service Project area for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $118,850.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
19th day of October, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
