RESOLUTION 99-398
APPROVING CHANGE OF CORPORATE OFFICERS FOR
WINE AND ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE HELD
BY D &D OF MINNESOTA, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has issued an wine and on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license to D & D of
Minnesota, Inc., at 11308 State Highway #55; and
WHEREAS, the licensee has notified the City that the corporate CEO and President has been
changed.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council approves the corporate officer change
from Douglas S. Lanham, CEO President to Martin J. O'Dowd, CEO President, Secretary and
CFO of D & D of Minnesota, Inc., d/b/a Famous Dave's, for the location licensed to sell wine
and on -sale 3.2 malt liquor at 11308 State Highway #55.
Adopted by the City Council on September 21, 1999.
