RESOLUTION 99-397
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR THE FRENCHIE LAPOINTE' S
ADDITION LOCATED WEST OF ZINNIA LANE AND SOUTH OF 5TH AVENUE (99087)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Mary Jane LaPointe which requests approval of a lot
division and lot consolidation to create two lots from the existing three lots in Frenchie LaPointe's
Addition, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof,
and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division and lot consolidation is
sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the lot division/lot
consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division/lot
consolidation for Mary Jane LaPointe subject to the following conditions:
1. A lot division/lot consolidation is approved for property located at 435 Zinnia Lane and 505
Zinnia Lane, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on August 16,
1999, except as amended by this resolution.
2. The applicant must submit the required drainage and utility easement documents as approved
by the City Engineer prior to filing of the lot division/lot consolidation. The easements must
be submitted in recordable form.
3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per
Ordinance provisions.
