RESOLUTION NO. 99-391
SET COUNCIL MEETING STARTING TIME FOR DECEMBER 21, 1999 REGULAR
COUNCIL MEETING
WHEREAS, the City is required to schedule a Truth In Taxation continuation hearing date on
the 2000 budget and tax levy; and
WHEREAS, the best available date is the same as the regular Council meeting date of
December 21, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the regular Council meeting of December 21,
1999 shall start following the conclusion of the continued Truth In Taxation Hearing if a
continuation hearing is needed.
