HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1999-390CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 99-390 ADOPTING PROPOSED 2000 BUDGETS WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared preliminary proposed 2000 budgets for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2000 based upon the requirements of the State Tax Law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the preliminary 2000 proposed operating budgets for the following funds are hereby preliminary approved: General Fund Budget $17,289,824 Recreation Fund Budget 1,029,835 Transit Fund Budget 3,361,115 Facilities Management Budget 713,753 Water Fund Budget 3,200,569 Sewer Fund Budget 5,567,117 Solid Waste Fund Budget 709,500 Water Resources Budget 369,718 Activity Center Budget 204,000 Field House Budget 246,000 Central Equipment Fund Budget 2,237,414 Risk Management Budget 540,109 Design Engineering Fund Budget 315,000 Employee Benefits Fund Budget 1,666,500 Ice Center Budget 793,000 Information Technology Services Budget 1,257,177 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, (I) that the City Council concurs on the 2000 Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority budgets in the amount of $2,308,888 (ii) that this proposed operating budget resolution and the accompanying proposed tax levies contained in Resolution No. 99- are being submitted by the City in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, and other applicable law in effect on this date; (iii) that the applicable law; and (iv) that the City Council declares its intent to take all necessary actions legally permissible to the submission and approval of the City's budget and tax levies both proposed and final.
