HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1999-389CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 99-389 PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX LEVIES FOR TAXES PAYABLE IN 2000 WHEREAS, the City Council has preliminary approved the proposed operating budgets for the period commencing January 1, 2000 and certain monies to finance said budgets are preliminary required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money be raised by tax on taxable property in the City of Plymouth for 2000 as set out in the preliminary approved 2000 City budgets are hereby proposed to be levied: Total General Purpose 14,445,923 1,851,619 12,594,304 Special Levies General Obligation Debt 218,700 0 218,700 Activity Center Bonds 432,083 0 432,083 Housing & Redevelopment Authority 464,344 25,735 438,609 Total Special Levies 1,115,127 25,735 1,089,392 Total All Levies 15.561,050 1,877.35413.683.696 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said proposed tax levy be certified to the County Auditor of Hennepin County on or before September 15, 1999.
