RESOLUTION NO. 99-388
AUTHORIZE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
TROY LANE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
NORTH OF CO. RD. 6
CITY PROJECT NO. 7018
WHEREAS, the City Council has received requests from property owners northerly of Co. Rd. 6
along Troy Lane requesting installation of sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine the work
required, alternatives and associated costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Preliminary Engineering Report be prepared with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as
recommended.
