RESOLUTION NO. 99-383
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF PART OF
THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 1
MEYER GONYEA ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Dan Parks on
behalf of Hearthstone Assisted Living, Inc. has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of
the following drainage and utility easements:
The South 10 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Meyer Gonyea Addition, according to the
recorded plat, except the East 10 feet and the West 10 feet thereof.
ALSO
Those parts of Lots 1 and 3, Block 1, Meyer Gonyea Addition, according to the
recorded plat, lying northerly of a line 5.00 feet southerly and parallel with the
following described line.
Commencing at the most northeast corner of said Lot 3; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 0 degrees 25 minutes 12 seconds East, along the east line of said
Lot 3, a distance of 23.81 feet, to the point of beginning of said line to be
described; thence North 82 degrees 51 minutes 15 seconds Wet 41.16 feet; thence
North 87 degrees 47 minutes 12 seconds West 181.50 feet; thence North 86
degrees 23 minutes 02 seconds West 148 feet more or less to the intersection of
the west line of the East 44.00 feet of said Lot 1, and said line there terminating.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of October
5, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to
publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
