RESOLUTION NO. 99-381
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
FOR ARMOR ROLL -OFF SERVICES, LLC
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received from Armor
Roll -Off Services, LLC., and
WHEREAS, all required fees, certificates of insurance, and surety bond have been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a garbage hauler license is
hereby approved for Armor Roll -Off Services, LLC. for the period September 7, 1999,
through March 31, 2000.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on September 7, 1999.
