RESOLUTION NO. 99-362
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR
KEVIN SULLIVAN AND ROBERT HAGAN FOR PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT LOT 2, BLOCK 3, MAPLE DELL, AND LOT 6,
BLOCK 5, MAPLE CREEK (99070)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Kevin Sullivan and Robert Hagan which requests
approval of a lot division and lot consolidation to divide and consolidate two parcels of land
located in Maple Dell, and Maple Creek, as legally described on Attachment One, attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division and lot consolidation is
sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part
thereof, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the lot division/lot
consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division/lot
consolidation for Kevin Sullivan and Robert Hagan subject to the following conditions:
This Resolution approves a lot division/lot consolidation for Lot 2, Block 3, Maple Dell
and Lot 6, Block 5, Maple Creek, in accordance with the Plans received by the City on
July 12, 1999.
2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo.
Submittal of required drainage and utility easement documents as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing of the lot division/consolidation.
Adopted by the City Council on September 7, 1999.
