RESOLUTION NO. 99-359
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT PROVIDING
SEWER AND WATER TO ST. EDWARD'S CHURCH OF ORONO
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has constructed sanitary sewer and watermain facilities to
serve residents in Plymouth in areas adjacent to the common boundaries with the City of
Orono; and it appears to the respective parties hereto that it is reasonable and feasible, and in
the interest of Plymouth to provide for sewer and water facilities to the St. Edward's Church
in Orono; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared setting forth the terms and conditions
whereby the City of Plymouth will provide sanitary sewer and watermain service to the St.
Edward's Church in Orono.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to enter into the agreement with the City of Orono whereby the City of Plymouth
will provide sanitary sewer and watermain service to said church.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That St. Edward's Church shall pay directly to the City of
Plymouth, $21,687.00 (estimated amount), as shown in Exhibit "A" of said agreement or
agree to be assessed by the City of Plymouth the sewer area, water area and water lateral
over a five year period at 8% interest.
