RESOLUTION No. 2015-263
RESOLUTION APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN
A UTILITY LINE FOR CROSSING THE
Soo LINE RAILROAD COMPANY RAILROAD CORRIDOR PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Soo Line Railroad Company, a Minnesota corporation doing business as Canadian
Pacific, requested that the City approve a license agreement to install and maintain a utility line crossing
its railroad corridor property; and
WHEREAS, the license agreement permits only the utility line within the easement and all related
facilities must still meet all applicable Soo Line Railroad and City requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Soo Line Railroad property crossing location for the sanitary sewer main is described
as Latitude: 45.041667, Longitude: -93.521667, within the Northeast % of the Southwest % Section 7, 118-
22, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Soo Line Railroad property crossing location for the watermain is described as
Latitude: 45.04144, Longitude: -93.5158, within the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, 118-22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Utility Occupancy License Nos. 4330501 and 4333301 are hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign the licenses.
