RESOLUTION No. 2015-247
RESOLUTION TO TERMINATE THE WATER QUALITY POND
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR CONOR MEADOWS (961 13)
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Conor Meadows to terminate the Agreement
Regarding Water Quality Treatment Ponds, dated November 4, 1997 and recorded on November 13,
1997 as Document Number 6809695 in the office of County Recorder of Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the petition has gone through the review process established by the
Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the petition is eligible and
meets all the necessary requirements of the Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy; and
WHEREAS, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the petition to terminate the water quality pond maintenance agreement
for Conor Meadows is hereby granted. The water quality treatment pond agreement for Conor
Meadows (96113) is terminated
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of August, 2015.
