RESOLUTION 99-333
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NO. I AND NO. 2
WITH SHINGOBEE BUILDERS, INC.
WHEREAS, Shingobee Builders, Inc., has submitted Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$43,211 and Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $37,179.50; and
WHEREAS, the City's architect has recommended approval of these change orders; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and is also recommending
approval of said Change Orders.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that Change
Orders No. 1 and No. 2 with Shingobee Builders, Inc., are hereby approved, and the City
Manager and Mayor are authorized to sign said Change Orders.
Adopted by the City Council on August 17, 1999.
