RESOLUTION NO. 99-324
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
KEN -EBS, INC., D/B/A COLONY LIQUOR STORE
15705 35TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor
license from Ken-Ebs, Inc., d/b/a/ Colony Liquor Store, 15705 35th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the license application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an off -sale intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Ken-Ebs, Inc., d/b/a
Colony Liquor Store, 15705 35th Avenue North, for the period through January 31, 2000.
Approved by the City Council on August 3, 1999.
