HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1999-319CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 99-319 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR SCIMED — PTC, LOCATED AT 5905 NATHAN LANE (99049) WHEREAS, SciMed — PTC has requested approval of a site plan amendment to allow a parking lot expansion at 5905 Nathan Lane; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public meeting and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by SciMed — PTC for a site plan amendment to allow a parking lot expansion at 5905 Nathan Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. This site plan amendment allows a parking lot expansion, in accordance with the plans received by the City on June 25, 1999, except as amended by this resolution. 2. Prior to the issuance of the grading permit, the applicant shall revise the plans to show the required handicap parking spaces, as approved by the Building Official. 3. Prior to issuance of the grading permit, the applicant shall revise the plans to indicate 26 -foot wide drive aisles, and 18.5 -foot deep parking spaces. 4. Prior to issuance of the grading permit, the applicant shall indicate compliance with the City's lighting regulations. 5. Prior to issuance of the grading permit, the applicant shall revise the plans to indicate that all disturbed areas would be sodded. Resolution 99-319 (99049) Page 2 6. The site plan shall comply with the City of Plymouth's current Engineering Standards Manual. 7. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the landowner or applicant has started the project, or unless the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under Section 21045.09 of the Zoning Ordinance. 8. Standard Conditions: a. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum. b. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Improvement Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements within twelve months of the date of this resolution. C. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of the fire department connection, fire hydrants, fire lanes, and fire lane signage. d. No variances are granted or implied. e. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of August, 1999.
