RESOLUTION NO. 99-317
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR DECK CONSTRUCTION AT
11445 40'h AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Jere and Kathryn Clune have requested approval to execute an encroachment
agreement; and;
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:
Lot 6, Block 3, Mission Hills Park 5th Addition
WHEREAS, the City finds the encroachment agreement to be in the best interest of the
homeowners, subject to the conditions stated therein, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the mayor and clerk are hereby
authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will
allow the construction of a deck at property located at 11445 40th Avenue North.
Adopted by the City Council this 3rd day of August, 1999.
