RESOLUTION NO. 99-297
ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
LOT 11, BLOCK 1
EAGLEWOOD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the property owner of Lot 11, Block 1, Eaglewood Addition (11600 — 43rd
Avenue) has requested to construct an above ground swimming pool which would encroach
partially within the City's drainage and utility easement for ponding purposes; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the encroachment will not conflict with the City's
intended use of the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Encroachment Agreement is approved and
the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on July 6, 1999.
