RESOLUTION 99-290
APPOINTMENT TO WARD 3 CITY COUNCIL SEAT
WHEREAS, Ward 3 Councilmember Saundra Spigner has submitted her resignation from the
Plymouth City Council; and
WHEREAS, on May 18 the City Council declared a vacancy in the Ward 3 seat; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Charter provides that the City Council has 60 days in which to
make an appointment to fill the vacancy.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plymouth City Council does hereby appoint
Brad Brown to the Ward 3 City Council seat for a term to expire December 31, 2000.
Adopted by the City Council on June 22, 1999.
