RESOLUTION NO. 99-282
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
PLUM TREE EAST AND PLUM TREE EAST 2ND ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 22, 1999, a report has
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Plum Tree East
and Plum Tree East 2nd Additions by the installation of ornamental residential street lights
and this report was received by the Council on June 27, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the
improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted June 22, 1999. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
Adopted by the City Council on June 22, 1999.
