RESOLUTION 99-280
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO PAGE 30 OF LAND USE GUIDE PLAN TO ADOPT
THE STREETSCAPE ELEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 6, 1998 BY REFERENCE TO
(CC) CITY CENTER (9806 1)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a Public Hearing regarding an
Amendment to Page 30 of the Land Use Guide Plan of the Comprehensive Plan to adopt
the Streetscape Element dated November 6, 1998 by reference to CC (City Center) and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does amend Page 30 of
the Land Use Guide Plan of the Comprehensive Plan to adopt the Streetscape Element
dated November 6, 1998 by reference to CC (City Center).
FURTHER, that this amendment to Page 30 of the Land Use Guide Plan of the
Comprehensive Plan is contingent on the review of the Metropolitan Council, as required
by Minn. Stat. 473.175.
Adopted by the City Council on June 22, 1999.
