RESOLUTION NO. 99-276
APPROVAL OF INSTITUTION COMMUNITY WORK CREW PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Park's Department has a backlog of projects that would be delayed or have
difficulty in undertaking and
WHEREAS, it would be economically advantageous to utilized the Institution Community Work
Crew Program to complete these backlog tasks and
WHEREAS, the program has been well received by other communities and is available through
the State of Minnesota and
WHEREAS, as adequate funds are available within the 1999 and Proposed 2000 Park
Maintenance Budget and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the contract with the Institution Community Work Crew
for services rendered in the amount of $28,850 for the year 1999-2000.
