RESOLUTION NO. 99-263
TERMINATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
OUTLOTS B, C, AND D, PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK
NOW PLATTED AS THE VILLAGE AT BASSETT CREEK, CIC NO. 895
WHEREAS, with the approval of the plat for Prime West Business Park, the City required a
restrictive covenant concerning Outlots B, C, and D of said plat; and
WHEREAS, those outlots have now been replatted as part of The Village at Bassett Creek,
CIC No. 895; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the restrictive covenants has been satisfied with the replatting of
the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
sign the Termination of Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for Outlots B, C, and D, Prime
West Business Park.
Adopted by the City Council on June 1, 1999.
