RESOLUTION 99-239
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CITIZEN SURVEY TO
DECISION RESOURCES LTD.
WHEREAS, the City Council included a Citizen Survey in its 1999-2000 Goals and Priorities;
and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received from Decision Resources Ltd. to conduct the Citizen
Survey; and
WHEREAS, the proposal of Decision Resources Ltd. meets the specifications of the City, and
WHEREAS, staff believes that Decisions Resources Ltd. can provide the desired survey results
in a cost-effective and timely manner.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that a contract is
hereby authorized with Decision Resources Ltd., to conduct the 1999 Citizen Survey at a cost not
to exceed $25,000.
