RESOLUTION 99-223
ACCEPTING DONATION FOR BATTING CAGES
WHEREAS, The Armstrong—Cooper Youth Baseball Association has requested that the
city install two batting cages at Zachary Playfield; and
WHEREAS, the Armstrong—Cooper Youth Baseball Association has offered to donate
$13,000 for the installation of said batting cages,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with
the installation of two batting cages at Zachary Playfield, and further, that the $13,000
donation from the Armstrong—Cooper Youth Baseball Association is accepted to defray
the cost of said installation.
Adopted by the City Council on May 18, 1999.
