RESOLUTION 99-222
WHEREAS, pursuant to legal notice, bids were received for printing the city newsletter;
and
WHEREAS, bids were opened, and tabulated according to law, and bids were received
from twelve vendors; and
WHEREAS, Sexton Printing of St. Paul is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that that the Communications Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed
to work with Sexton Printing of St. Paul for the printing of the Plymouth city newsletter
commencing with the July 1999 issue and running through May 2000 issue in accordance
with the bids submitted May 5, 1999.
Adopted by the City Council on May 18, 1999.
