RESOLUTION 99-221
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH
SOUTHWEST RECREATION INDUSTRIES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has awarded a contract to Southwest Industries, Inc.,
in the amount of $444,000 for the supplying of astroplay for the Plymouth Creek Center
project; and
WHEREAS, Southwest Recreation Industries has agreed to an $8,000 deduct in exchange
for prepayment of $200,000 on or before June 1, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 1 in the deduct amount of $8,000 with Southwest Recreation
Industries, Inc., is hereby approved, and further, that the Mayor is authorized to sign said
change order to contract.
Adopted by the City Council on May 18, 1999.
