RESOLUTION 99-215
AWARDING BID FOR FABRIC DOME
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on Tuesday, April 27, 1999, for the provision of one fabric
dome; and
WHEREAS, Yeadon Fabric Dome was the low qualified bidder in a base bid of $440,386,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid is awarded to Yeadon Fabric Dome in the amount
of $440,386 for the furnishing of one fabric dome, and further, that the Mayor and City Manager
are authorized to sign the contracts.
Approved by the City Council this fourth day of May, 1999.
