RESOLUTION 99-214
AWARDING BID FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER PROJECT
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on Tuesday, April 27, 1999, for the general construction of
the Plymouth Creek Center; and
WHEREAS, the apparent low bidder for the general construction is Shingobee Builders, Inc.,
with the base amount of $5,290,000, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to take add—alternate M-1 in the amount of $14,000 for
additional snow—melting system,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid for general construction on Project 7021, Plymouth
Creek Center, is awarded to Shingobee Builders, Inc., in the amount of $5,304,000, and further,
that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the contracts.
Approved by the City Council this fourth day of May, 1999.
