RESOLUTION 99-201
AMENDING RESOLUTION 98-735 FOR THE SEVENS PONDS SEVENTH
ADDITION FINAL PLAT FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES, INC FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED EAST OF CO. RD. 24, SOUTH OF MEDINA ROAD, AND WEST OF
GARLAND LANE (98188R)
WHEREAS, The approving resolution (98-735) for Seven Ponds Seventh Addition
limited access to Garland Lane and prohibited access from Medina Road and Co. Rd. 24.
WHEREAS, Lot 4 currently has a driveway access from Co. Rd. 24 and has no other
means of access.
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows:
Lots 1 - 4, Block 1, Seven Ponds Seventh Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
amended resolution to allow Lot 4 to maintain its current access from Co. Rd. 24 for
property located east of Co. Rd. 24, south of Medina Road, and west of Garland Lane,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Access for Lots 1 through -3 -shall be limited to Garland Lane and prohibited from
Medina Road and County Road 24.
2. Lot 4 may continue to receive access from Co. Rd 24.
