APPROVING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEM
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 9868
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the operation of a traffic control signal system at
County State Aid Highway No. 61 and Co. State Aid Hwy. No. 47/Pineview Lane, Hennepin
County Project No. 9868, Agreement No. PW 27-17-99 has been prepared and presented to the
City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement in all things approved as conditioned
therein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 27-17-99, Hennepin County Project No. 9868.
Adopted by the City Council on April 20, 1999.
