RESOLUTION NO. 99-177
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
GRAZZI LLC.
D/B/A SIENA RISTORANTE'ENOTECA
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
Grazzi LLC., d/b/a Siena Ristorante'Enoteca, 3500 Vicksburg Lane North, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license is hereby approved for Grazzi LLC., 3500
Vicksburg Lane North. Issuance of the license is contingent on receipt of a Certificate of
Occupancy.
Approved by the City Council on April 6, 1999.
